Andy Davis

After nearly a decade in the corporate world, Andy followed his passion for food, opening his first Thai restaurant in 2004. Since then, his vision and dedication have led to the launch of two restaurants and three takeaways, all built on a foundation of authenticity and quality, supported by a remarkable team of Thai chefs.

Chef Dee is one of the most talented Thai chefs in the country. She headed the first Thai restaurant in Norwich and has been the creative force behind countless successful kitchens.With an unrivalled ability to recreate any regional Thai dish and refine it to your exact taste, she has served everyone from Thai ambassadors to celebrities, bringing her passion to every plate.
